Auto Anything – eCommerce Platform

Problem

AutoAnything had an out-dated eCommerce platform that didn’t meet their customers expectations based on other sites that they visit and wasn’t responsive to work on mobile devices.

Process

I completed a competitive analysis to better understand the current state of the automotive eCommerce space, conducted some generative user interviews, met with all of AutoAnything’s stakeholders before making recommendations that would lead to new design templates.

Solution

Razorfish was selected to update their site onto a modern eCommerce platform. I was the UX Lead responsible for incorporating their brand and products into the selected platform’s existing page templates incorporating everything that I learned during the discovery process.
